Biological Aging Challenge DVD

If you felt certain that you could extend the longevity of your life by ten, twenty or even thirty years by making fundamental changes in your diet and lifestyle, would you have the inspiration to make those changes?  Dr. Gary Null applied this hypothesis in observation clinical trials enrolling approximately 60 aging adults to monitor and measure whether this may be true. Relying exclusively on the scientific peer-reviewed medical literature, a specialized lifestyle modification protocol was created and put to the test. The results were astonishing.

THE BIOLOGICAL AGING CHALLENGE is a comprehensive examination of how natural, non-drug based strategies, such as a plant-based diet and exercise, and methods to change our perceptions about ourselves can have profound impacts to regenerate the body and mind and slow, or even reverse, the aging process. In this exclusive film, we listen to some of the leading medical experts in anti-aging medicine, inspirational speakers and the testimonies of the participants who undertook a 3-month trial. We follow the protocol's principles to gain a taste of the kind of  joy in life and renewed physical vitality experienced by those who took part in the studies.
